Bluntception 

If anyone reading has ever seen the movie Inception, you'd understand what it is to have a dream, within a dream, within a dream, and so on and so forth.

Bluntception is the act of smoking blunt....within a blunt......within a blunt.

All roaches are saved from the first batch of blunts, and put into a satchel, thus forming the second generation blunt. Then, the process is repeated twice over, forming the fabled Third Generation Blunt.

It is epic.

It is the shit.

The master ability of rolling elegant and hence perfect blunts. Someone who is an expert at paying attention to detail and understanding the nuances of his/her craft.
