Bitch-booze 

Any alcoholic beverage that is favored by a person in lieu of other beverages. This is usually for their sweet flavor and smoother composition. Usually imbibed by those who are unable handle drinking more common forms of alcohol; usually women and/or inexperienced men.

Someone over 21 who buys alcohol for minors on a regular basis to gain there acceptance as friends. Minors get themselves a booze bitch when they want to get turnt. You don't want to be someone's booze bitch.

Guy 1: "Ay look at them underclassmen hangin' with that booze bitch."

Guy 2: "Weird. What're they doin with him?"
