Bill it
'to bill' means to catch a fish, take off your boot, then proceed to take your boot and put the fish inside. After the fish is in your boot you pull down your pants and fuck the live fish until your penis ends up killing the fish from suffocation, internal bleeding, and heart failure. Not really a common word but used when fishing by yourself and sexually frustrated.

bill it to the game
when you accept the fact that you've lost a possession of your's and you'll never get it back. bill being a reference to the amount of money that the possession is worth. game being a reference to life.

Bill Clintoning It
the act of intentionally ejaculating on a piece of clothing, preferably on a blue dress. May also be used as a noun (Bill Clinton) to describe the ejaculate.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
