An effeminate hipster eunuch found on oil sands mining sites. Usually found in their natural habitat molesting dirt, incoherently babbling about stockpiles resembling the Himalayas and power tripping on contractors. The term is derived from the olde English term for the viscous liquid found on their chin after meetings in the puzzle palace.
