A great way to patronize high school kids that are not part of the "cool clique" or the standards of a socially normal teenager or kid, which means the kid is the star quarterback of the football team or not dating the hot cheerleaders. Usually these people will do very well in the adult world and they will get pretty good paying jobs, but the school system found another reason to add more money to the special ed program to create jobs for people that should be working at McDonalds helping these kids "act cool", which could be learned by a few ass kicking by the popular gang.
Usually kids are labeled with Asperger Syndrome...think typical nerd or dork, paces around, thinks about something besides sex but masturbates and wishes he could get sex, maybe obsessing on something not cool, watches Spongebob (there is something about Asperger Syndrome and Spongebob, or any socially inept kid), using correct English and not street slang, but made even more dorky with a disability. There is a dime of dozen of these kids and that actually adds diversity to high school or middle school. We need kids that are socially inept and can't get the chicks. Propaganda for discrimination and makes the popular group more snotty and the teachers that suck up to the popular group.

1. Someone who works with kids in the Autism spectrum, and think that once they graduate college that they are experts on Autism, even thought they dont know crap about those kids. They just go by a bunch of academic stereotypes.
2. Someone with mental issues in need to be a control freak. So they try to take advantage of someone with a disability, even though autistic Children are very intelligent. They try to make every decision for them, such as when they do homework, what videogames they play, who they talk to at school, and what they have for a snack.
3. Go by this belief that the autistic kid is always wrong. In social situations, if someone gets into an argument, it is always the kid with autism at fault. Even if they were clearly right, they try to rationalize why they were wrong.

A disease common among men of Slavic or Cyrillic native dialect in a western speaking atmosphere that can cause a difference of mindset from western generalized perception of the Eastern Europeans. Actually, unlike a majority of the definitions, Aspergers is not even a diagnosis in the US and will no longer be a diagnosis everywhere else as of January 2021. Aspergers is a neo-nazi man who, at first, thought all children were equal until he became part of a neo-nazi organization. He then found children who are autistic and realized they usually had high IQ and so he sent anyone who wasn't of those children to their death. If they were of high IQ, they went to institutions to work and become the next gen. The neurological disorder is now know as Autism Spectrum disorder (2013 in the DSM 5 and January of 2022 in the ICD-11).
