Allahgash 

A rural northern-Maine area largely populated by Muslim immigrants.

Aroostook County is the most northerly area of Maine and is therefore well above the 45th parallel, so I strongly doubt that the residents of the Allahgash area would be likely to wear heat-deflecting white robes or turbans the way they would in their sweltering home-countries.

1. A brewery of excellent beers located and named after a town in the beautiful wilderness of Maine, USA.

2. A powerful canine. Darker than the night. Protector of his realm. Extremely loyal to his pack. Viewed as God-Like by his people and dogs both.

Given how remote and sparsely-populated dat da far-northern-Maine area is, there might not be an over-abundance of witnesses to back up any Allagashions dat Person A might make against Person B.

Jeff Dunham's puppet-pal Achmed the Dead Terrorist makes lots of heavy-duty allahgations regarding past acquaintances, ex-wives, celebrities and politicians, and even Jeff himself, but he never seems to have much evidence to actually back up said lurid reports.
