It simply means "fuck FPT" in Vietnamese, often used when facing a bad internet connection with FPT (one of the first ISPs to bring the Internet to Vietnam).

"Vừa bị 70% loss ạ, địt mẹ FPT."
"Just got 70% loss, fuck you FPT."
