The Seedy Cabal is an ancient underground organization of political operatives that aims to create unrest and influence the masses. Little is known about the organization apart from the initials of the three founding members, HB, AK, and RT. The only known operations of the group involve the destruction of the reputations of their political opponents. It is also speculated the cabal was involved in other world events throughout history, such as the sacking of Rome and the creation of the state of Israel, alongside the Rothschilds.
