A group of three people, who pull into a newly built neighborhood, and smoke weed in their cars. Most commonly found driving a getto 98 Buick Century, or a broke ass 2001 Toyota Avalon XL, with the headliner hanging down.

P1: Yo, we gonna have the old slippers gang meeting tonight?

P2: yeeee

P3: Dude you don’t even get high anymore, stop waisting my weed.

P2: Women are to be seen, not herd.
