A friend who is never able to hang out, usually because they're busy doing something else. Alternatively, the word can be used to piss your friend off by repeatedly calling them a chis.

They are good at gaming because they don’t go outside and game all day. They thinks of themselves as studs but in reality they are fat nobody’s. They have a great sense of smell because of their big nose.
