"Co za asy" translates from Polish as "how ace". Google Translate gives you "what aces", but go figure. In other words, it's being used sarcastically in the face of an epic fail.

When a group is all Groaming at the same time instead of talking. They often still see this as "hanging out" despite not talking to each other.
Person A:"Brad and his friends sure are co-groaming over there, huh?"
Person B:"Yeah, they haven't looked up from their phones in hours, even though they're all right next to each other."
