noun. (also may be used as an adj.)
-a person who partakes in the art of carrying a wheeled backpack or luggage in a public setting (other than an airport) to transport goods (books, pens, pencils etc).
-Usually used in a derogatory way, as wheeled bags are awkward to walk behind, or maneuver around. They are also rather loud on tiled surfaces, which is also annoying.
