Fictitious sexual act performed on the TV show Two and A Half Men. In the episode, Charlie Sheen's character refers to his new girlfriend, Jenny McCarthy, giving him Japanese Rain Goggles. In the context you are to assume this is like a Dirty Sanchez, Dutch Oven, or similar act.
