Then puts an ad on grinder advertising his blood and stool lubricated rectum for use by multiple men. He then attempts to stay concious from all the blood loss to count how many loads he can take before he passes out.

This is the art form of taking something nice, and in a core ass way making it look cool by making it look "low budget" or "less desirable".
