Person 1: Did you hear that an elector from the state of Utah voted at the electoral college for someone that Utah did not vote for?

Somebody who is Mormon but does things that's looked down upon and is against what Mormon's should be doing. Aka against their rules. For example; does drugs or drinks liquor.

P.1: "Isn't that Bob over there snorting a line and drinking?"

P.1: "Isn't he Mormon?"

P.2: "Yeah, but Bob's Jack Mormon so he does that kind of stuff"
