A medical institution found in the middle east. Usually run by sketchy middle eastern people with rifles and back packs possibly containing C-4. Equivalent to Urgent Cares found in the US. Minus the rifles and C-4.

We were at the Insurgent-Care and so ebody yelled Allah Akbar. Me and Ray got the fuck outta there before a bomb went off.

Sometimes misinterpretation by “couldn’t care less”. Could care less is the correct option. Considering that “i couldn’t care less” means they care already, but can’t care any less than they already do. Now, “could care less” means they don’t care at all, so they dont care any less.
