Monkey in the Basket

Monkey in the Basket - I can't believe the correct Urban definition is NOT already out there. This is the slang name for a bizarre sexual act performed in the Philippines by prostitues. The act involves a large basket suspended by a series of pulleys and oversized rubber bands. The basket can be lowered or raised very slowly and also rotates in a circular motion at the same time.
