The Plan is What Justifies Everything The Villian Does if it is "The Plan" instead of "quantum plan" or even "project X" you know that plan will fail because the writers didn't even care that much into giving it a actual name for it will fail anyways soo it is the most vague thing you can imagine and a way to make it seem as the villian is just very smart but it's not

In Japanese adult video (JAV), Planning (as a tag or category) is a common translation of the word "kikaku" (企画). This refers to videos that feature a plan, game, or prank that results in the sex scene taking place.
