It could be used all ranges of expression from feelings of joy, excitement, sorrow to showcase solidarity. Its adaptive and open nature allows to provide acknowledgements.

We have forgotten to agree to disagree in an old fashioned way. It has also killed authenticity in expression and loss of specificity.
This movement is an antidote that counters the negative pessimism and promotes healthy authentic communication.
