Derogatory Someone who cuts themselves / self-harms. A cutter.

Sam: Yo Kyle, care to explain the bloody razor blade I found in your bathroom?

Kyle: Oh, that? I swear, I was just playing with a red candle!
Sam: Kyle, don't be a guck. I've seen the scars on your inner arm.
