actually an acronym means, loser under real pressure. plural would be lurps meaning more than one loser.

did you see that guy? he doesnt stand a chance of ever winning that girl over, what a lurp!

The one friend in the group who everyone can't stand; who thinks he/she is just as cool as the rest when in reality is the guinea pig and the center of all the jokes in the group.

Mike is such a lurp dawg; he thinks he's cool but if he only knew.
