Get the trash can mug.A person who uses a trash can to cook or rather steam things.
My recipe:
1. Pour 3-4 buckets of hot water inside.
2. Place food inside plastic bag, air tight as possible. This can be many different things like carrots and stuff.
3. Wrap that plastic bag with aluminum foil.
4. Throw inside garbage can. Wait 2-3 hours.
5. Steamed vegetables. Yum.

It does not matter if there is a trash can 5 feet away or if it’s their own front lawn this way of life ( known to taxpaying responsible citizens to be not appropriate ) is just the way it is in the hood normally driving down property values and causing decent people to leave these neighborhoods.
