1.) High-brow, elitist, rabble-rousing and/or Bacchanalia, often accompanied by bashing people of inherently inferior intellect, education, attractiveness, manners, lifestyle and general taste.

2.) Drunken superiority exhibited by self-proclaimed social elites, bourgeoisie, and/or aristocrats.

The act of socializing with only those who have more money, fame or status than your current peer group. Snobalizers are usually brown-nosers looking to move up the social ladder by using flattery, buying drinks and laughing at mediocre jokes of the rich and famous.

Look at poor Gerry's wife over there snobalizing with the Mayor and his wife, hoping to get an invite to tea. Such a shame, she only cares to snobalize with those above her station.
