Rafael or Rafa is a wanna act hard little kid that thinks he is cool,makes dumb and bad jokes, insults people to make himself fell better and hangs out with the "cool" kids to look cool but does not succeed.
Rafael is normally a kid that is more retarded than a kid in a wheel chair and people hope he gets on a plane and it just falls.
