Hitler's Commando Order (Kommandobefehl in German) that was secretly distributed to high command, ordering that all irregulars (ie. commandos) captured be handed over to the Sicherheitsdienst (SD: intelligence arm of the SS) for interrogation and execution.
Used in common speech as a reference to eradicating a group of (usually valiant) people.
It has recently surfaced in popular culture in the George Lucas film Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, when Emperor Palpatine orders his Stormtroopers to "execute order 66", which is the instruction to kill all Jedi.

A way to proclaim a individual’s false superiority over an intelligent individual without actually meeting with that individual. A professional manner in which to fix something an individual has broken by proxy. A dark stain on an otherwise bright day.

The Virgin Order is a group of Virgins whos goal is to spread the ideas of being a virgin and to stop the spread of nonvirgin behaviour. Different branches of the Order is run by Darth Virgins that lead a council of 12 Virgin Lords} that oversee the area they control.
