An acronym for “Not a real person”, that’s typically used to describe someone who is extraordinarily eccentric in some sort of way.

My friend and her girlfriend both in their 30s, have both never smoked a single cigarette in their entire lives. Narps!

“Non athletic regular person” typically athletes use it on losers. However, sometimes the cross county boys think they can use it even tho there sport isn’t a real sport. Running is the base of a sport not a whole sport. 🤦
