Late night lights

This is a phrase for driving at night, through the city lights, a beautiful feeling, whether it be from a video game, or real life. Take watch dogs for example, driving at night time while it's raining, the lights illuminate off of everything. That feeling.

Person 1: "wow, the city is so beautiful at night"
Person 2: "These are the Late night lights"
