Furry characters, sometimes difficult to describe in prose, often come to life on the comics page. Some popular anthropomorphic comics include Usagi Yojimbo, a samurai rabbit created by Stan Sakai, and Shanda the Panda, a modern single-girl panda by Mike Curtis.

(C)Furverts (which are actually quite rare in this fandom)
(D)Roleplayers (DnD, with anthro furs)
(E)People who genuinely believe they're animals (Nutcases)
Most furries are B and D, but if you run into all of these categories mixed together, RUN AWAY!!! Because you have just met the kind of fur that made the public coin the term "furfag" for all furries.
Any person who has any mix, but involves category C is also what's called a "furfag".
Furries have NO sexual attraction to their pets, that is a myth made up by a couple of wigger kids while getting high off their dad's drug collection. But be doubtful about that damn category E... As all non-furry lunatics are, these guys are unpredictible.

The community is also an art community, with the most popular furry art being related to porn. The community loves to fuck over anyone who disapproves of them, like it's a unwritten rule that you can't hate these communist! Furries are most likely to have never been outside once in he or she's life and loves to lie to him or herself about being a member of the opposite sex, believing he or she is not part of any sex or some made-up sex. It's a known fact someone who never intervenes with the community or gets the hell out as soon as he or she know what the hell is going on has a brain.

Furry is the commonly-accepted name of a branch of the Science Fiction Fandom focusing on animals with humanlike characteristics, or anthropomorphic animals with abilities to do things like walk and talk.
Sometimes conventions are held for people in the fandom to go meet each other. While some of them like to wear animal-related accessories (like fake ears and tails) and others make elaborate costumes to look like there ideal furry character, this is by no means a requirement.
There are a lot of furry artists and writers as well, who draw and write about anthropomorphic animals.
