This phrase was invented by Mars Vining back in 2000 when he had took a female he had wanted to smash since 5th grade on a date. But instead he took her home & thought about how reckless it was for her to eat & drink & be entertained for nothing but the hope of some pussy for being nice. It was then Mars knew he would not be a participant in giving “free fun time” to a user bitch!
