Off the alcohol or some type of liquor. Often used in the late nights and after or at parties. Off the sippy cup is the mild version of being drunk rather than being absolutely plastered.

Doors off

When you usually say “wheels off” in a restaurant but then the “walk- in door locks itself and you literally have to close down and take the door off it’s hinges to get in to the walk-in fridge.

Translation for the layperson: it is basically a clean version of "fuck off," sans profanity. It is unlikely that one would say this to another without a justified/specific reason to be pissed at them. Basically, one is ordering the other to not talk to them, or even come near them. Preferably get out of their sight altogether.
