The way they "balance" out the game is by looking at win rates and buffing the best champ in the game cuz retarded Bronze 5s now Iron 4s 12 yr old kids cant play the game so they have to buff. They also rather balancing the game on 200 ppl opinion then the entire league of legends community. Riot games thinks that "PRO" players deserve more right just cuz they get paid and watched.
