When you buy something from a store intending to abuse the stores lax return policy and return it after you use it for a short period of time.

Wal-Mart and Target are both good for this.

I had to ghetto rent a camera from Target to use on my vacation.

When you're walking down the street downtown and there are a bunch of police cars with their lights on at a crime scene. You run up with a bunch of friends by the cop cars and dance by the flashing lights.
