Jager Nuts

The aggressive inflation of a Man's testicles. This is most commonly caused by the discontinuation of his self-prescribed Adderall. On occasion, the inflammation of the testicles does not cease until they have expanded to the size of tennis balls.

Person #1 "Dude, my dick is so huge right now. I didn't take my Adderall today."

Person #2 "Oh sick, you have Jager Nuts? My cousin had those once. He ended up puncturing them with a rusty tire iron! They ruptured and sprayed his grandmother with Jager juice.
