A simp may be seen laughing at girl's jokes all the time, constantly agreeing with what they say, etc. This may not be a bad thing; simp's are usually very kind and the best people. A man who gets flowers for a girl is now called a “simp” or if he kisses her on the forehead, even if they’re not “clingy”. Mostly used on TikTok, but it is mostly used as a negative term reflecting wholesomeness in relationships.
