Usually used to refer to someone who is clownish, foolish or a nerd.

Example 1.
Guy 1: “I’m so strong, I beat up Steve”
Guy2: “hear dookie, you got smacked”

Example 2.
Guy 1: “bro I got violated today”
Guy 2: “yeah I heard g, why’s dookie lying on your name?”

A plunger that is used for a toilet.
Was working on a stopped up galley sink. Did not have a plunger someone offered up a bathroom plunger. I explained I did not use dooky mashers where we wash our dishes.

Don't use the dooky masher in the kitchen sink.
