When you are losing an argument so you you take a 5.8 inch Swiss army blade and use it it to cut all the way down the opposing side of the argument’s body. Traffic cuts is when a motorist, either stuck behind a wreck or is unable to merge before their lane ends, who then either speeds up and cuts you off; or sits with their front end in your lane, turn signal on, forcing other drivers to either let the asshole "take cuts" or drive around them.
