Lynn happens to be going downhill fast because it lets in more immigrants than any other city. With that has come gangs, more drugs and more prostitutes( they have to pay for their drug addictions) The hardest area hit by all of this is the downtown area. Get yourself educated before you make such stupid statements!!! For the most part Lynn has a lot of very good areas.
