When you have a 10 year old PC, which doesn't run modern software, but you try to make it run anyway.

My poor computing machine cannot run youtube directly, so I download the videos and run them locally.

Pre-poor

The word 'Prepoor' refers to someone who has obtained any level of wealth and due to their actions and/or mentailities they are destined to lose said wealth, hence labeling them not currently poor, but if continuing down their current path of unprofitable endeavours, pre-poor.

Poor man’s ass to mouth

When the receiving partner takes your member out of her ass hole & quickly cleans it off with a baby wipe, or light splashes in the hot tub cleaning off any faecal matter before inserting your penis in her mouth. Thus cheapening the experience.

I was doing Monica in the ass in the hot tub last night, then when I asked her if she wanted to taste it? She said yes, but splashed it with Hot Tub water a few times before she put it in her mouth. I feel like the chlorine really ruined. The taste for her and the experience for me. She gave me the poor man’s ass to mouth.

poor man’s lunch

Exactly how it sounds. When you’re a broke college student and can’t afford to pay for food, so you put some free items from the student center food court together and call it a meal.

What did you eat today?

I snagged saltine crackers from the student center Quiznos and a few sauces from Chick-Fil-A right next to it to dip the crackers in.

Damn, that’s a poor man’s lunch.

Yeah, looking forward to my ice soup for dinner.

Adjective: used to describe a person or other entity owning zero to few domain name registrations.

At one time I had registered several dozen domain names, now that I only have one (1) I am feeling domain poor.

Poor little JAP

The kind of non Jewish female that hid among the popular crowd in high school until an oppurtune time, such as somebody she wanted to ostracize standing up to her, then she claimed to be the underdog as a defense mechanism to keep herself from getting hit.

The Poor little JAP had a mutable image, but no mute button for her mouth, which was unfortunate for everyone at her school.
