(Note: reader may substitute words in caps.) and constantly reassure themselves that their wise purchase of upgrades such as Granite counters and Stainless Steel appliances will somehow ensure a massive resale premium. Dwellers are often a mix of owners and renters (tenants of the next Donald Trump) all of whom believe the investment strategy they are using will help them gain big when they sell.
