Shack or Shiver

When someone goes out to clubs/bars without a planned place to sleep at night. The goal is to find someone to hook up with to "shack up" with for the night. If you can't find someone, you end up sleeping outside and "shivering".
Part of the challenge is the decrease in standards as the night goes on, in desperation of a place to sleep.

Joe did "Shack or Shiver" in the city and ended up sleeping on the bench outside.

When the sun shines on Rjukan

Meaning: Occurring with a very low frequency, suggesting that something is likely to happen only on exceptional occasions or not at all. It is used to describe an event or action that is close to not happening but is not entirely absent.
