A "glorified gooch" is the perfect term for those who waste their time insulting King Zetsu, only to reveal how pathetic and irrelevant they really are. It’s a title reserved for individuals who think they’re clever but end up exposing themselves as nothing more than embarrassing background noise in the greatness of Zetsu’s shadow.

A as of now a fictional form of torture as far as I am aware.
A gooch smooch consists of connecting the hooks of a ratchet strap in the grundel of a human. Then ratcheting the strap till said human folds in half able to smooch their own gooch. This would be a most unpleasant experience.
