When someone has lost their cell phone signal and attempts to climb to higher and out of reach places to reconnect and fails by not getting the signal or falling on their ass

john: oh well thats just gonna end in cellaerial failure

Be it contact with a friend they don't like or a past encounter your trying to catch up with.

Cellbow

a soreness in your elbow, arm or shoulder from typing or gaming on your smart phone for too long. Generally, the condition is found in the arm used to hold the device, not the hand used to type. Most likely to occur after a long period of use due to a layover, flight or car ride. Perhaps even long bouts on the toilet.

The process or occurrence of non-verbally punctuating a conversation through use of a cell phone.

Cell phone punctuation can occur in many different ways. One example is when you want to get out of an awkward or undesirable conversation, you simply pull out your cell phone and start texting or doing any other miscellaneous thing. This gives the other party the clue that the conversation is over.
