Something that saves lives — a means of justice. Now there’s a pretty meme. Exquisite! It’s spared you the burden of all the lives you’ve taken... ...absolved you of guilt when you enjoyed it. That is until the illusion was broken. Don’t be ashamed. It’s only nature, running its course. You have no choices to make. Nothing to answer for. You can die with a clear conscience.

You parry by moving your joystick a bunch toward an enemy or spam W toward an enemy and pressing the Light attack on your mouse or controller.
Once dealing enough damage to him he'll jump up onto a pillar, stopping you from hitting him until the attack is over, and then he jumps down to fight you again but you can now attack him, oh wait I lied, he uses his magnetic powers to dodge your attacks until you eventually stun him and hit him on the head in blade mode.
And not to forget his famous line he says before the battle, "Memes, The DNA of the soul."
