When a person in a wheelchair propels the wheelchair by moving his/her legs in a walking motion making witnesses of this action question if that person actually needs a wheelchair in the first place.
Justin: "Check out that guy in the wheelchair, he's moving the chair with his legs."
Dan: "He's doing the Wheelchair Walk...makes me wonder if he even needs that wheelchair?"

a variation of the rusty trombone but involving the receiving party to be in a seated position. To administer this position a purpose built wheelchair would be ideal, if not available a chair with canvas could possibly be used as long as you could cut through the bottom.
