definied as/ or carry as the same definitionation but with different enthusiasm...towards the ending pronontiation,...as if to blow a raspberry on the later part of the definition, mostly in disregard of the situation..initiating a strong frontal announcement with a lazy ending in a tone of mockery.

"The actions of the perpetrators was in nefarious"...blah,blah,blah, NEFARTIOUS.
