Looker Who

The term used to describe any crossover origins of Pokemon things, the term originally coming from the fact that the character Looker looks a lot like the tenth Doctor from Doctor Who. This can also describe stuff like how the pokemon Steenie and Tsarina look like Reenie and Serena from the English dub of Sailor Moon.

I think Dartrix is another Looker Who of the Doctor.

A creepy person who watches you (and others) from their perepheral vision. Never looking you dead in the eye, just from the side, hence "side looker"
