The act of having sexual intercourse with a woman after she has given birth, but before the placenta was delivered.

My wife gave birth to our child, and before we called for the nurse we had a quickie. Once the nurse entered and informed us that she needed to deliver the placenta we realized we had just done the "Dirty Yanny."
