The unfortunate occurrence when one's ass gets sweaty, itchy and smelly usually after a low-quality dump or when another dump is impending. This often occurs in hot weather situations. Swamp ass can also occur when one is holding back flatulence or avoiding taking a dump in a filthy bathroom.
I had Indian food for lunch then got all sweaty walking home and have a nasty case of swamp ass. I need a shower and a butt-wipe. Dude I have the worst swamp ass right now but there's no way I'm taking a dump in that place.

Get the swamp assmug. A fat man's hairy ass. The Swamp is usually not washed for days and therefore has a "swampy" reference when described. depending on how long it has been since the fat man has washed his swamp, there may be forms of life adapting to their new "swampy" environment. One does not have to neccesarily be fat to adapt a swamp, but the extra fat and ass space will allow for more wilderness to grow upon ones anal environment. Caution: the swamp may become thicker and much harder to navigate as one becomes closer to the anal cavity or around the Gooch area.
