Reverse Jailbait 

A reverse jailbait is essentially someone who does the reverse of jailbaiting. Jailbaiting is when a teenager who appears to be an adult acts in a promiscuous way to seek sexual attention from adults, and then turns around and states their actual age. So the reverse of that would be an adult who appears to be a child or teenager acting in a way that would seek attention from pedophiles, only to pull the age card in them. Some people may also consider this as similar to pedobaiting, however that is an online only term which does not require someone to actually look like a child :)
