False Friend Zone Syndrome (FFZS)

A growing epidemic that causes males to believe they have been "friend zoned" by girls they are acquainted with, yet they have never approached the girl in a manner of creating a sexual or emotional relationship. The disease stems from a lack of confidence in oneself, thus causing one to create the social construct of "friend zoning" to cope with their feeling of inferiority and lack of ability to ask a girl how she truly feels.

Infected: "Dude I totally got friend zoned the other day. It sucks so hard. Ughh forever alone."
Friend: "Sorry to hear she rejected you..."
Infected: "She didn't I just know she doesn't want me."
Friend: "Oh god...get away! What are you?!"
Epidemiologist: "Yes a perfect example of False Friend Zone Syndrome (FFZS)."

A very frustrating and very shitty place to be. More commonly experienced by men than women. Mostly becuase of the fact that men are comfortable with being in a relationship/fucking a friend, where women will piss and moan about not wanting to ruin a frendship, somehow overlooking the fact that guys already have friends, and so do they. Stupid bitches.

noun: period marked by the feeling of disappointment, mutual awkwardness, sadness and/or recovery immediately following the romantic and/or sexual rejection by a close friend.
(AKA: The brother/sister zone)

No Man's Land. The place a wuss finds himself when he attempts to get into a girl's pants by placing them on a pedestal. Ironically, this actually repulses the girl he is attempting to lay, and usually the girl finds him boring and just uses him for personal enjoyment.

I actually prefer the GF to have a guy in her friend zone. After I'm done banging her, she can go talk to him about how I don't care about her feelings, because I don't give a fuck.

Friend Zone

The state of being denied relationship status because the other considers you a "Friend they don't want to lose". This more commonly affects men, as women get too into the friendship to consider the other in a sexual or romantic way. Men are more likely to stick it out and try and get into her pants and/or heart. Most women do it unconsciously, they like the person so much they don't want risk losing the friendship. They would also say they don't want to lose the friend as an attempt to soften the rejection.

James: "Hey I really like you, so do you want to go see a movie or something."
Mary: "I would really like that, except you're such a good friend that I can't think of you like that."
James: 'Inside of his head' "Damn, not the friend zone."
